The tracks published on RallisMusic can be used under the conditions described on this page. By using, downloading or purchasing a license for a track, the user fully accepts these Terms.
Collections, also called Packages, are only used to group coherent songs by mood, genre, style or creative use. They do not create a cumulative license: each track included in a collection is previewed, downloaded and licensed individually.
1. Allowed uses
Unless otherwise stated in the purchased license or in a written agreement with RallisMusic, tracks may be used to create digital and audiovisual content.
- Videos published on YouTube.
- Content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitch and other social platforms.
- Reels, Shorts, Stories, livestreams, podcasts and digital content in general.
- Monetized content through ads, sponsors, partnerships, affiliate programs or subscriptions.
- Personal, creator, editorial or promotional projects, in compliance with these Terms.
2. Free use on YouTube with attribution
RallisMusic tracks may be used for free on YouTube videos, including monetized videos, provided that proper attribution is included.
Without a purchased license, attribution is mandatory. Attribution must be placed in the video description or in equivalent credits, in a visible and easily accessible way.
Example attribution:
“TRACK NAME” · RallisMusic · https://rallismusic.com
The attribution must include:
- The title of the track used.
- The name “RallisMusic”.
- A link to rallismusic.com or to the track page.
3. Social platform use and automatic platform systems
Social platforms may use automatic audio recognition systems, internal music libraries, editorial checks or restrictions that depend on their own rules and updates.
If you download a track and edit it directly into your video before uploading it, some platforms may flag the audio, limit it, mute it or apply restrictions. This behavior does not always depend on RallisMusic and may change over time.
When available, to reduce the risk of restrictions on social platforms, it is recommended to use the music through the platform’s official music library, if the track is available there.
4. Purchased license for an individual track
RallisMusic offers one license for the selected individual track. The license price is the amount shown for that track at the time of purchase.
The license grants the buyer a non-exclusive right of use under these Terms and the license document generated after payment. Ownership and copyright in the track are not transferred.
The license code and generated document are proof of purchase. The audio file may not be resold, redistributed or sublicensed as a standalone audio file unless RallisMusic agrees in writing.
5. Packages and collections
Packages on RallisMusic are curated collections of tracks. They help users discover songs that fit a specific mood, genre, format or project.
Packages are not separate license products and do not grant one single license valid for all included tracks.
Each song inside a Package keeps its own individual management:
- preview of the single track;
- MP3 or WAV download of the single track, when available;
- license purchase for the single track;
- usage terms referring to the single song.
If you want to use multiple tracks from the same collection, you must check and obtain the required license for each track you intend to use, unless otherwise agreed in writing with RallisMusic.
6. Reserved rights
The user obtains a right of use under these Terms or under the purchased license. The user does not acquire ownership of the track.
Copyright, music rights, publishing rights, related rights and any other rights connected to the tracks remain with RallisMusic or the respective authorized rights holders.
7. Uses not allowed
It is forbidden to use RallisMusic tracks in unauthorized, harmful or non-compliant ways.
- Reselling, redistributing, giving away or uploading tracks as standalone files.
- Including tracks in archives, music libraries, marketplaces, audio packs or downloadable third-party collections.
- Uploading tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, YouTube Music or other DSPs as your own works.
- Registering tracks in content matching systems, Content ID, collecting societies, music publishers or similar services under your own name.
- Claiming copyright, authorship or ownership of the tracks.
- Using tracks to train datasets, music models, AI systems or generative libraries without written authorization.
- Using tracks in illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, misleading or unlawful content.
- Any use not explicitly covered by these Terms, by the purchased license or by written agreements with RallisMusic.
8. Downloads and file availability
MP3 and WAV files, when available, can be downloaded through the buttons on the single track page or on the track card inside a collection.
Downloading a file does not automatically transfer ownership of the track and does not authorize uses other than those allowed by these Terms or by the license eventually purchased.
9. No guarantee on third-party platforms
RallisMusic does not directly control decisions made by third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitch or other services.
Platforms may change their rules, algorithms, audio recognition systems, music libraries and monetization policies. RallisMusic cannot guarantee that a platform will never apply automatic flags, restrictions or checks.
10. Custom licenses
For non-standard uses, major campaigns, TV, cinema, major brands, special distribution needs or requirements not covered by the licenses available on the website, you may request a custom license.
You can write to:
Please include:
- the requested track or tracks;
- the type of project;
- the distribution method;
- the territory of use;
- the expected duration of use;
- any specific commercial or editorial requirements.
11. Changes to these Terms
RallisMusic may update these Terms over time to adapt them to new features, technical changes, license changes or legal needs.
The version published on this page is the reference version for the use of tracks at the time of consultation.
